Femigrants Foundation announces multiple openings for below internship positions to join our fast-growing team within our Professional Internship Program (PIP).

By joining this program, you will have an opportunity to contribute to a women empowerment organization whose mission is to support diverse immigrant women in becoming successful leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs in the United States.

Community Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities: - Help expand Femigrants community in the San Francisco Bay Area (2), Los Angeles, and Washington, DC areas by informing immigrant female entrepreneurs and professionals about Femigrants and attracting them to join. - Reach out to Femigrants entrepreneurs and professionals for video and text interviews as well as testimonials to post on Femigrants accounts. Commitment: 30-45 minutes a day, 2-3 times per week

Content Editor

Responsibilities: - Post and update articles, photos and videos on Femigrants' website. Occasionally clean up outdated content. - Follow up with subscribers/commenters who are interested to share their own inspirational story. - Research topics and third party content relevant to Femigrants mission for website, social media accounts, and email marketing. Commitment: 30-45 minutes a day, 1-2 times per week

Email Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities: - Familiarity with email marketing software. - Basic email marketing experience. - Manage setting up and sending out email communications. Commitment: 30-45 minutes a day, 2 times per week

Event Coordinator (multiple positions & locations)

Responsibilities: - Assist with organizing event venue and details such as decor, catering, invitee list, equipment, promotional material etc. before the event. - Register guests during events and help during event as necessary. - Reach out to potential speakers to speak at Femigrants events Requirements: - Entry level experience required; experienced event coordinators preferred. - Applicants in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles and Washington, DC area are welcome to apply. Commitment: - Once a month or more depending on the number of events.

Event Photographer 

Responsibilities: - Take photographs during Femigrants events in the San Francisco Bay area, Los Angeles or Washington, DC areas. - Edit if necessary and share with Femigrants team after events. Commitment: - Once a month or more depending on the number of events.

Graphic Designer 

Responsibilities: - Create graphics for social media posts during events. - Design graphics for the website whenever needed. Requirements: - Entry level experience required; experienced designers preferred. - International, remote applicants accepted with English language proficiency. Commitment: 2-3 times per month

Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities: - Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day social activities, mainly on Instagram and Twitter.   - Share success stories on social media and keep the audience engaged by creating posters based on Femigrants stories, inspirational quotes - Monitor, listen and respond to users. - Create polls and find out the most in-demand topics to discuss or publish for the coming weeks/months. Commitment: 30-45 minutes a day, 3-4 times per week

Marketing Project Coordinator 

Responsibilities: - Assist in daily marketing projects and activities by working closely with the marketing director. - Work with internal teams to coordinate and implement marketing project plans. Commitment: 30-45 minutes a day, 4-5 times per week

Video Editor 

Responsibilities: - Edit recorded video footage and computer graphics into a video story. - Produce 2-3 videos per week, each 30 seconds to 2 minutes long. Requirements: - Entry level experience required, experienced editors preferred. - International, remote applicants accepted with English language proficiency. Commitment: 2-3 videos per week
